Prominent Labour Leader Abhijeet Rane (Founder & General Secretary- Dhadak Kamgar Union) had a meting with Satish Totawar (Asst. Commissioner of Labour, Mumbai City) in regards to various grievances of the member workmen of Hasmukh & Co. (P.G.). The workers are on strike from 7th November, 2022 as the management is not accepting the Charter of Demands of the workmen since long. The management is not giving salary on time, workers are not getting public holidays and bank holidays, workers are not given any job facilities. The management is of rigid nature and not providing uniform and safety kits to the workmen. The Asst. Commissioner of Labour, Mumbai City has assured to solve the grievances of the workmen at the earliest. During the meeting Hasmukh and Co. P.G. Unit President Satyavijay Sawant, Unit Secretary - Shailesh Vengurlekar, Treasurer Sudeep Pawar and other member workmen were also present.
