Prominent Labour Leader Abhijeet Rane (Founder & General Secretary - Dhadak Kamgar Union) had a meeting with Geeta Patel (Editor - Prahar News Channel), Arun Gavhane (President - Vachchhala Bai Apang Seva Sanstha) and Anita Manani (General Secretary - Akhil Bhartiya Apang Kamgar Sanghtana) at our Dhadak Kamgar Union Head Office, Aarey Colony, Goregaon (East), Mumbai. During the meeting a discussion was held on various grievances of differently- Able (Divyang) workmen. The Government of India, and the Government of Maharashtra and other states give job opportunities to divyang workmen but due to lack of information they are not able to grab the opportunities provided by the governments. We should make them aware about their rights and help them to get benefits. Through our Daily MUmbai Mitra and Daily Vrutta Mitra Newspaper and Abhijeet Rane Youth Foundation we create awareness about various schemes launched by the government for divyangjan.
