Prominent Labour Leader Abhijeet Rane (Founder & General Secretary - Dhadak Kamgar Union) had a meeting with the management of Carnival Cinemas regarding various grievances of the member workmen. During the meeting a discussion was held on Removal of some of the workmen by the management from the service without following due process of law, Nonpayment of gratuity to some of the workmen, Nonpayment of statutory dues of service, Nonpayment of regular salary month to month, Non providing of regular work to the workmen even though they are ready and willing to work and offering themselves for work, Nonpayment of arrears, PF related issues and various other issues of the workment. During the meeting many member workmen were also present.
