With reference to the grievances related to employees regarding release of annual increments pending since FY2020, Prominent Labour Leader Shri Abhijjet Rane, President, SICOM Employeees Welfare Association (SEWA) met MD, SICOM on 14.06.2022 wherein SEWA representatives Smt. Rajashree Parab, General Secretary, Shri Pramod Chavan, Secretary, Shri Kamble, Treasurer, Shmt. Disha Marathe, Member And Rasika Sawant, member were present During the meeting, SEWA president reiterated the request for long pending issue of release of annual increments which are part of the salary package. MD, SICOM assured that the agenda note for release of annual increments to SICOM employees shall be submitted for its approval in the ensuing meeting proposed to be held in June 2022. Regards
