Prominent Labour Leader Abhijeet Rane (Founder & General Secretary - Dhadak Kamgar Union) had a meeting with Nilesh Chandole (HR Manager - Carnival Cinemas), Regional HR Ms. Archisha More and New Contractor Mr. Hemang Tejura (H1 Co.). The management of Carnival Cinemas decided to appoint a new Contractor H1 and our members will work under this contractor. During the meeting discussion was held on increment, payment of salary on time, and making the staff permanent and paying the gratuity and PF to them. The discussion was very positive and management assured to fulfil these demands of the workmen. During the meeting our Executive Winston Pereira, Nitin Khetle and our member Priya Temkar, Dinesh Yadav. Manoj Vishwakarma, Manohar Gevade, Narendra Gawde, Dipak Tawde, Umesh Gire, Vishal Sadafule, Rajesh Ovhal, Shyam Yadav and others were present.
